Specialized in Antitrust and Regulatory Law, the firm is headed by the full professor of the University of São Paulo (USP), Tercio Sampaio Ferraz Junior.

The firm acts in competition defense, as well as in International Law (Trade Defense – anti-dumping – and WTO), which is commanded by the full professor of USP, Celso Lafer.

In the Consumer Law area, the firm is led by the associated professor of USP, Alberto Amaral Júnior, advising on agreements, advertisement, responsibility and commercial abuse practices.
